The 2021 Pouilly-Fumé Intro Corty Artisan offers a clear, bright, pure and fresh, classical bouquet of white fruits, lemon aromas and notes of wet (lime-) stone as well as hints of silex. Light to medium-bodied on the palate, this is a round and juicy, very elegant, pure and savory as well as saline Pouilly-Fumé with stimulating grip on the fresh and salivating, well-structured finish. This is a superb generic Pouilly to be served with seafood and raw fish or fish salad. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in March 2023. Drink:2023~2030 - WA91
