IT IS ILLEGAL TO PURCHASE/CONSUME/ACCEPT ALCOHOL FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

PRICES & VINTAGES

Prices shown online are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate.
Prices and vintages on this website are subject to stock availability.
Wines sold are in 750ml unless otherwise stated.
Ponti Wine Cellars reserves the right to adjust the prices of the product and remove any offer/promotion without prior notice.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
You will receive an email or phone call acknowledging the details of your orders upon placing of orders.
Orders will not be accepted if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or you do not meet the eligibility.
We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders at any time after due payment date.

Cash and Cheque payment has to be handed over to our staff upon delivery of the order.

Post-dated cheque is not acceptable.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secured host environment.

You do NOT need a PayPal account as they accept all major cards.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Upon clearance of the payment, delivery will be made within 3 working days. Sales Memo will also be sent to you by email for your confirmation.

Customers should ensure a person aged 18 years and above to be present during the agreed delivery time to collect the alcoholic items.
For unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address being provided or time change without 3 working day’ advance notice to us, customer will have to be responsible for re-delivery charges.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

PRICE OF DELIVERY

We provide free deliveries for purchases above S$220/-.
A delivery charge of S$30/- is applicable for purchases below S$220/-.

Mondays to Fridays between 2 pm to 5pm.

DELIVERY REGIONS

Delivery only within Singapore

GOODS ACCEPTANCE / RETURN

Costumers must carefully inspect all goods upon collection/delivery and provide signature on the delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) immediately.
The signed delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) by recipient will be deemed to be your acceptance of goods with full satisfaction and no return will be accepted thereafter.
If an item considered to be faulty, consumers must contact our office immediately and return requests will only be considered for wine items less than S$150/- (per bottle) and vintages less than 10 years old.
Customers must contact us within 5 working days after delivery with original invoice.
Customers will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfaction after 7 days from the date of purchase, and thereafter will not be entitled to reject the goods for any reasons.

NON-PICK UP / NON-DELIVERY

A storage charge S$50/month will be levied for goods which payment has been made but not collected beyond 14 days.
The Company has the right to dispose wines without further notice to the Customer, if the wines could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 3 months from the date of purchase.
The Company shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.
We accept no responsibility for any claims from customers regarding quantity or quality for goods that are not being collected after the agreed scheduled delivery date.
