Clear colour with golden yellow reflections. Fine and abundant bubbles, beautiful cord. Aromas of ripe and fleshy fruit, dominated by mirabelle plum, followed by spices and honey and accentuated by notes of candied fruit, bergamot and organge peel. A specialist in Pinot Noir, the cellar master, Christian Forget, strives to preserve the signature of the house with wines of great elegance and uprightness, fully expressing the richness of the Bouzy terroir. Succeeding her sister Chantale, Evelyne Dauvergne takes over the management of the operation in 2018.
