Each vintage, we harvest multiple diverse lots of Zinfandel that span the entire Sonoma County Zinfandel landscape. Each of these lots is produced under the careful eye of our winemaker, Ted Seghesio. The best of these lots are selected to make Sonoma Zinfandel. A small amount of Petite Sirah is added to honor century old traditions and to provide color and structure. The result is a wine that offers tantalizing raspberry, blueberry, classic briary and spicy flavors with a balance of components for which Seghesio wines are known. - Winemaker's Notes
Plump and loaded with rich, jammy fruit, this Zinfandel is a pleasure to drink. Bold accents of wild berry, spicy cinnamon and licorice glide dynamically toward plush tannins. Drink now through 2025- WS93
About Seghesio Family Vineyards
At Seghesio Family Vineyards, the key word is family. Our family story starts in 1895, when an Italian immigrant and his new wife planted Zinfandel vines deep in Sonoma soil and set down roots that, five generations and 125 vintages later, are still growing strong.
Today, we believe in the importance of family more than ever – the one you’re born into and the one you choose. Guided by our values to stay humble, to honor our community, and to celebrate the bounty of our home in Sonoma County, there is always a seat at our table and
