Domaine Coquard Loison Fleurot is a Burgundian wine estate based at Flagey-Échezeaux, producing wines entirely from Pinot Noir. Until recently the wines were rarely exported, but this has been changed by current commercial director Claire Fleurot and winemaker Thomas Colladot. Under their direction the domaine's reputation has increased greatly.
The vineyard holdings total around 9 hectares (22 acres) and the parcels in six different grands crus; Grands Echezaux, Echezeaux, Clos de Vougeot, Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis and Charmes-Chambertin.
A Premier Cru Vosne-Romanée, is labelled without a vineyard. 75 percent of fruit comes from the Premier Cru Les Beaux Monts, with the remainder from a parcel within Échezaux Grand Cru. There are also village-level plots in Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin plus Bourgogne Rouge.
Harvests are manual, and fermentations take place in open thermo-regulated vats with manual punchdowns of the cap. All wines spend around 18 months in barrel and are bottle without fining or filtration. - Information from Wine Searcher
